The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less.
The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

The resort was beautiful!!! Service is 10 out of 10. All of the staff were very friendly and would very accommodating with every request. The beach was perfect!!
